I don't mind the ghost decorations or whatever. It's the people who go around telling ghost stories and urban legends that are a pain. Spirits react to that. Makes them want to cause trouble more than usual.

Depends on the spirit. Some can be pretty passive, but if you're a troublemaker in life, that doesn't go away in death.
